Xator Welcomes Kenneth L. Bonner, Jr. as Business Development Director

Xator is pleased to announce Kenneth L. Bonner, Jr., a leader in national security and information technology, as Business Development Director. As an accomplished senior executive, Ken joins Xator to continue the company’s recent success in providing national security and information technology solutions to our government clients in the intelligence community.

Prior to joining Xator, Ken was a Senior Business Development Executive with CACI, where he led pursuit and capture efforts in the national security market for the Business and Information Technology Solutions sector.

Ken has more than 35 years of technical and senior business leadership experience in information technology with CACI, Accenture Federal Services, Computer Sciences Corporation, and The Titan Corporation. He has been responsible for all phases of new business acquisition including business development, account planning and strategy, capture, bid and proposal, forecast and business alignment, and corporate acquisition planning and execution.

Ken graduated from James Madison University in 1983 with degrees in business and communications. He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association, and the Intelligence National Security Alliance, where he serves as a member on several industrial committees.
